ISP's Arrival

We welcomed a new baby boy on June 6 at 3:43 p.m.! He weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces and was 21 inches long. We are so thankful he arrived safe and healthy, and that very afternoon all four grandparents and his sisters and brothers came to the hospital to meet him. We chose his name (I), which means "he will laugh" or "laughter", which is a sweet reminder to us of the joy born by the Spirit in our hearts and lives, and we trust he will laugh and we will laugh with him in the days to come. His middle name (S) is very special, the name of his Nana's father. Here are a few photos of his first days (starting with the night before he was born and ending with our leaving the hospital:):
